Target your pulse points

These areas like the neck, behind the ears, wrists, inner elbows, and even the back of your knees, naturally emit more heat which helps diffuse the fragrance.

Less is more

A light application is key. A spritz or two at each pulse point should be enough. Overdoing it can make the scent overwhelming.

Don't rub

This can break down the perfume molecules and alter the scent. Dab or gently pat the perfume onto your skin.

Layer with unscented lotion

Applying perfume to moisturized skin helps it last longer. Unscented lotion is best to avoid fragrance clashes.

HOW TO STORE

Cool, dark place is key

Light, heat, and humidity can degrade your perfume. Store it in a cool, dark drawer or cabinet, away from windows and bathrooms. (a closet is just perfect)

Original packaging is your friend

The original box & the velvet bag can offer extra protection from light and also protect the bottle from scratches.

Keep it sealed

Tightly close the cap after each use to prevent evaporation and oxidation.

Skip the bathroom

The fluctuating temperatures and humidity in bathrooms are not ideal for perfume storage.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver in Egypt only, but we aim to launch international shipping soon.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 business days.

Delivery charge for an order?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of 85 EGP for all orders within Egypt.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice with your order. This invoice will include a detailed breakdown of your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. To cancel, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

AFTER RECEIVING

Can I return a perfume after trying it?

Yes, we understand that sometimes a fragrance may not be the perfect match. You can return an unopened or minimally used perfume within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that the perfume must be in its original packaging and condition. We recommend using a small amount of the perfume to ensure it suits your preferences before committing to the full bottle.

What should I do if I receive a wrong product?

We're dedicated to providing you with the exact FREEDN fragrance you desire. if unlikely you receive the wrong fragrance. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please include a photo of the incorrect item and your invoice so we can quickly send you the correct fragrance.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

We prioritize ensuring your FREEDN fragrance arrives in impeccable condition. To assist you promptly, please contact our customer service team via Whatsapp and provide clear images of the damage. Please hold onto the damaged items until we resolve the issue.
